Where can I buy a Harold Pinchbeck watch?

Our watches are made to order, in low numbers. This means that it is not practical for retailers to stock them, so we deal direct with our Customers. There are several advantages to this approach: it allows us to make bespoke watches, and, because our prices are not inflated by retail margins, our watches are excellent value. We can lend you a watch, without obligation, so that you can evaluate its style and quality in the comfort of your own home. What are the prices of Harold Pinchbeck watches?
Prices range from £449 to over £5000 for watches with stainless steel cases, although special features such as individual dial design and gold cases cost more. Please request more details for further information.
 
What is the delivery time?
It usually takes between four and six weeks between ordering and delivery. The time depends on the extent of any bespoke work, and on our workload at the time, although as Christmas approaches it can take a little longer.
 
Can you deliver overseas?
Yes, unless it is to one of the few countries to which an insured courier service is not available. The cost of delivery will be added to your order.
 
How do I pay for my watch?
We ask for a 50% deposit at the time of ordering, with the balance being payable immediately before delivery. We welcome payment by most debit or credit cards, cheque or bank transfer.
 
What guarantee do the watches have? 
First, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your watch within 90 days of purchase, we will rectify it without charge, replace it or give you a full refund (excluding the cost of any bespoke work).
Your watch will also be guaranteed for 5 years against mechanical defects or breakdowns. Leather straps are guaranteed for one year. Watches returned to us for repair or servicing should be sent, at the Customer's expense, using an insured delivery service.
