A World Rowing Record helped by a Harold Pinchbeck Watch

In July 2013 we were proud sponsors of Team ' Savoir Faire'  on the fantastic 2013 GB Row around Great Britain. The team consisted of two avid adventurers Jason McKinlay and Josh Tarr. Jason was wearing a specially built Harold Pinchbeck watch, in his own words Jason was very proud to be wearing a truly unique English watch built by ourselves in Lincolnshire.

The watch kept perfect time and helped Jason and Josh to create a new world record for a pair on the GB Row. They both succeeded by completing the challenge in 41 days 4 hours and 38 minutes.

We were proud to sponsor the team and play a small part in this challenge, making a specially built Harold Pinchbeck English watch for Jason was just part of this. This watch is now being offered as a limited edition with further plans of future models.

We are very keen at Harold Pinchbeck watches to promote Human endeavor and to challenge our watches to prove they are not just beautiful, but also up to any challenge that can be thrown at them.
