A good indicator for great customer service

As an update to my last post 'Give a little, receive a lot', the very next day we received this very nice email testimonial from one of our recent customers, so I thought to post it on here to add more depth and credence to my writing.

We love to receive these testimonials, they are all unsolicited and let us know that we are hopefully on target with our customer service, it is one thing to talk of great customer service and another thing to provide it! One of our core goals is to give the very best, personal and old fashioned service to all of our customers and this feedback is our score indicator I believe:
