The Bespoke watch: lifetime guarantee
When you buy a Harold Pinchbeck Bespoke Collection wristwatch, we guarantee the movement's mechanical performance for your lifetime.
The only condition to this warranty is that you return the watch to us for a professional service at least every three years. In fact, your watch's first service will be completely free: we will write to you after three years to remind you. Although subsequent servicing will be chargeable, it will contribute to your watch's long life through cleaning, lubrication, replacement of any worn parts, regulation and full testing.
5 year guarantee
We are proud of the supreme workmanship of every watch we make, which is why we provide an unconditional 5 year guarantee of quality, craftsmanship and accuracy. If any aspect of the watch performs less than perfectly, simply return it to us for a free service.
Leather straps, being made from organic materials, are guaranteed for one year.
Watches returned to us for repair or servicing should be sent, at the Customer's expense, using an insured delivery service.
The Harold Pinchbeck guarantee of satisfaction
We want you to be completely satisfied, not only with your watch, but also with our service. If, for any reason, you are not, simply return your watch for an exchange or full refund (less delivery charges) within 90 days of purchase. Watches must be returned in new and unused condition and we will deduct from any refund or credit an appropriate amount in respect of any damage, wear and tear, and bespoke elements (including engraving and specially made straps).
In the unlikely event of a mechanical fault our 5-year warranty would also apply.
We can offer this guarantee because we have total confidence in the quality of our products.
This 90-day guarantee of satisfaction applies to the Premier Range of watches only. When you order a bespoke watch from us, we will, of course, work to ensure your complete satisfaction in the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your watch as delivered.
