Once again I must also thank you for your outstanding customer service. After ordering a watch for my son’s 21st with you I did not consider any other company when ordering for my husband’s 50th.

We regard our customers rather like members of an exclusive club. They are our most important assets, so we try to make their experience of buying and owning a Pinchbeck watch a distinct pleasure.

So that we can offer a truly personal service, we deal directly with our Customers, rather than through retailers (this may also explain why we have many repeat Customers).

You can discuss your purchase by telephone or email, and place an order on our website or by telephone. We don’t have a shop, although we welcome weekday visits, (by appointment only), to premises in the shadow of Lincoln Cathedral. Over light refreshments (and without obligation) we will show you our watches, and discuss your requirements.

Our service doesn’t end when your watch is delivered. We keep the history of every watch we make, so that we can refer not only to its details, but to records of any servicing or repairs that we carry out.
