Your Most Personal Watch

Perhaps our watch is the most personal item most of us wear.

We know that some of our customers rarely take their watch off, and as they will probably own it for many years it can become a far more intimate possession than any clothing.

You might think (as we do) that something so personal should, in itself, have a bit more to it than mass production permits.

Every Pinchbeck watch is individually assembled by a craftsman, and is made with its eventual owner in mind. It is never the product of some anonymous factory, far less the next box taken from a stockroom shelf. Like a tailored garment, it isn’t available instantly, but it will be worth waiting for as it will be your companion for many years.

A lot of the components in your Pinchbeck watch are made exclusively for us in small workshops, often in England. Many are crafted by family firms we have known for years: sometimes using traditional skills, but employing state-of-the-art laser and CNC equipment when appropriate.

It’s as if someone you have never met cares for you!
